Newtown, PA - February 5, 2014 - EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM), releases an official statement today, that contrary to recent online blog posts issued by various outlets, EPAM has never been involved in software development for the Healthcare.gov website or any Affordable Care Act related engagements. Any claims to the contrary are completely false.
EPAM is a leading US incorporated provider of complex software engineering services and solutions with offices in 16 countries around the globe, and in June of 2013 EPAM was listed #6 on Forbes' America's Fastest Growing Tech Companies.
"EPAM has 20 years history of complex software engineering delivery for the top global corporations and technology companies. EPAM unequivocally denies having anything to do with the development of the HHS Healthcare.gov website. And that should be an obvious fact, because if we had, it would have functioned properly from day one," stated Arkadiy Dobkin, CEO of EPAM.
